TURNING YOUR TALENT TO TREASURE

It is amazing how so many pass through the earth without the slightest clue on what talents they are imbued with to fulfil their assignment on the Earth.. Some even take a step further , they find out what talents they have and they stopped.lent do the what good will a dormant and neglected talent do the owner? It is good to find one's talent but it is more important to train such talents and become very skillful with it. If you must turn your talent to treasure you will do more than develop those talents , you must deploy them or simply trade  them, but this must be done  at the right market otherwise you would have thrown your pearl before pigs! Some of the people  that i coach  ask me with a tone of resignation ' I can't find my talents '?  My simple advice  are these three self help methods. Find out what you find very interesting , What you find very interesting you will find easy to do.  So what is it that you find very easy to do and enjoying doing?

Given the various reports available, we have put together some data to explore how the job of a teacher varies around the world. Research  has now found that the education system in Finland offers the best value for money , with teachers achieving high Pisa scores, despite getting moderate salaries and teaching relatively large classes. Finland was ranked first, followed by Korea, the Czech Republic and Hungary, in terms of efficiency. Brazil and Indonesia’s education systems provided the least value for money, the study found. Where is teacher pay highest? Teachers in Switzerland get the highest annual salary, an average of $68,000 (£41,000). This is higher than the average salary in the country, which is around $50,000 (£30,000). Switzerland is followed by the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium in terms of having highly paid teachers. Comparatively, teachers in the UK earn less than the annual UK average of $44,000 (£27,000), receiving just over $40,000 (£24,000) and ranked 13
